In this clip, I explain why this process is problematic and potentially even distorted. We ask that this issue be widely shared, in order to raise awareness. It is my humble opinion that the Bank of Israel is managing this issue incorrectly, perhaps aiming to serve foreign interests rather than domestic interests.
