How we work and why
We select parcels near or within already established settlements, increasing the probability and potential approval of construction and development plans. We do not announce the establishment of new cities or new settlements being built from scratch, since we make sure that the total investor price for the land rights will be attractive while remaining realistic, which can lead our customers to the deal of a lifetime.
We take care of coordinating payment schedules and guarantees as per progress of the purchase, where the bulk of payment for the land usually comes only after official registration in the Tabu.
